Andrew Hogg
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Before co-founding Prop & Rudder, Andrew developed a strong background in recruitment
and talent advisory across the aviation, maritime, industrial, financial, and technology
sectors. He also served as COO of a South Florida real estate brokerage, helping scale
the firm from startup to a five-person team. Andrew holds a bachelor's degree in
accounting from Randolph-Macon College.
Adam Slone
Co-founder
Adam Slone is an investor, philanthropist, and the founder behind some of the most
notable successes in the recruitment space. In addition to co-founding Prop & Rudder
in 2025, Adam founded Slone Partners in 2000, where he currently serves as Chairman
of the Board. Slone Partners was among the first executive search firms to specialize
in the diagnostics and precision medicine industries.
Sadia Valette
Research Lead & Operations Manager
Prior to joining Prop & Rudder, Sadia worked as a Manager at ABS, a global consulting
firm, where she specialized in operations and recruitment solutions, along with
administrative support for financial companies in the real estate and finance sectors.
In addition to her work in operations and research, Sadia also supports technology
implementation at Prop & Rudder.
Mehdi Keddache
Head of Web Development
Mehdi Keddache leads web and technology initiatives at Prop & Rudder. With over 30
years of experience in technical commercial and academic roles, Mehdi combines deep
technical expertise with strategic vision.
